I don't get why this place has such crappy service. I order the grinch fries with my sandwich. Fries are cold, I ask for a fresh fry, and get an exchange immediately, cold and rubbery... they give me the grinch salt but no bag to shake the fries... the girl at the counter didn't know anything about the shaker bag as it was being advertised on the screen behind her. Turns out the don't have shaker bags. By this time the fries are inedible anyway.
This location sucks. They’re always rude, inattentive, and just purely awful. Every time I’m here the service is terrible and they always forget something or mess up the order. Learn how to be professional like the rest of us employed people, be so serious. If you know you’re in a bad mood and can’t handle your minimum wage job go get your MANAGER. That’s what they’re there for. Macs on 44 for the win, get your attitudes in check or get a different job. God bless.
If you order ahead ALWAYS do the drive thru! Curbside I wait forever. Going inside I wait forever. Go thru drive thru I'm in and out. Just sucks cuz I got a diesel and can't ever hear anything they are saying. Probably sucks for the people going thru right next to me too. But if I'm eating here it's because I'm in a hurry. Don't have 20 minutes to wait by the curb ya know
