Went in for coffee and it was busy as usual. While waiting the manager, Nicole, spent the entire duration of my visit verbally abusing and belittling her staff. Trying to find owner or general manager information to report her. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Those people were being treated like they were trash. The manager should not be in a place of authority over anyone with behavior like that.
Fast food most time got to go back to fix it and then when promise free food for my trouble somehow never get it
