Jaylen was very nice to a group of two girl being nice and cutting up with them then as they left and I was starting my order she was short with me, had a attitude like I was expecting free food then proceed to count my money as if she was trying to let everyone know the bills that I handed her, she was not a good manager and had very poor customer service skills-not management material
Gave the wrong order. Then messed up the actual order. Terrible service.
Given that a bacon cheese biscuit has only one piece of bacon, I expect the entire one piece to be edible. I would call and discuss it with the manager but the last time there was an issue with me not getting my entire order via curbside, the “manager” hung up on me when I called and spoke to her. When I called back, she was rude and stated that she didn’t hang up on me, but that she was done talking to me.
