One employee was hustling. Actually running food out to call in/app orders. Didn't see others but at least one young man was earning his pay. Food was not fresh.
Man, if you can't schedule more than 3 people at 9pm, you shouldn't be open. This is a failure of the store managers and franchisees to squeeze every cent without paying for labor but my family rolls up at 9:06, orders in the drive thru, gets pulled for way too long, then dude brings literally half of our food. We tell him and he goes back inside to promptly forget about us. I end up going in. They couldn't ignore me harder. I'm like juggling and yoyoing to get their attention.
