A little bit busy. Still a positive experience.
Lobby was closed before 10pm on Saturday night. The sign on the door says it's open until 11pm. Either change the sign or change the employees. I went inside on 9/20 and I had to just leave because it smelled so bad. Something is wrong with the plumbing in this place It smells like a sewer.
The food is McDonald's so it is what it is. But I used the drive through on a very busy Sunday morning. The line was fast and efficient, it took less than ten minutes after I orderd to get my food. My food was still hot when I got home. The employees were friendly and helpful. The food at McDonald's is always the same, it's the employees that make the food and experience better. The Elk River MN McDonald's delivers on both.
Ordered McDelivery from this store through the McD app. Was delivered by DoorDash (5 stars). Food was incorrect. I called to try to get right food delivered. Woman hung up on me. Then no answer when I called back. Cold food, incorrectly prepared, unwilling to make it right. This is a terrible restaurant.
