Seems like in the last month new staff have arrived... My last three large orders they didn't provide a Large drink. I've gone to down to just ordering Medium meals instead of dealing with the hassle. Both sized fries boxes are disappointingly stuffed. Tonight's burgers oddly tough and flat with bun torn. I had just finished a colonoscopy at BI in Needham and was SO excited to finally EAT. Unfortunately, I chose McDonald’s... the one right down the street. Big mistake. The chicken sandwich was thick — and not in a good way. Tough, rubbery, and somehow tasted both undercooked and overcooked. I’m still not entirely convinced it was chicken.
