Last 3 times I went through the drive thru for a mcdouble combo. No ketchup on burger, small coke and fries. First time, only ketchup, and lots, tag read no ketchup. 2nd time, they put a Jr chicken patty instead of the 2 small beef patties, 3rd time it was only one patty. Seems like a simple order to me. Noone paying attention.
I come to this restaurant every bit and then. It is very busy but that is understandable, sometimes people miss their food and sometimes communication gets mixed up. However, they are no short of fixing those mistakes. I made an order for two different McCafe coffees and got it mixed somehow (latte mixed with double espresso), and so I told my situation and with smiles and warm hearts they fixed it, making me feel welcomed.
