Very poor experience at this location. Staff needs proper training. The restaurant was dirty and stinky. Floor was filthy and it was so stinky near the pop machine. Fruit flies were flying all around the pop machine and the ketchup. I also politely let the staff at the counter know that they were out of ketchup cups, she didn’t seem to care. Zero stars, I never went to the restaurant
My boyfriend and I came here today for the first time because we were in town to buy something. What absolute horrible service. Our food took 15 minutes, not even an apology from anyone or a manager. No ice in the pop machine, ice cream on the floor and every table dirty. Our fries sat in the warmer while our bag of food was just left there and our order was cleared. This place is pathetic and the managers don’t care about how it’s ran clearly.
