My boyfriend and I came here today for the first time because we were in town to buy something. What absolute horrible service. Our food took 15 minutes, not even an apology from anyone or a manager. No ice in the pop machine, ice cream on the floor and every table dirty. Our fries sat in the warmer while our bag of food was just left there and our order was cleared. This place is pathetic and the managers don’t care about how it’s ran clearly.
Slowest I've ever seen uber eats orders prepared. If these employees have jobs, anyone can be employed. Update: 3 years later and nothing has changed. Have mercy on us all.
Food was over cooked and burnt ordered a egg bacon mcmuffin combo with 2 hash browns and smoothie tasted weird also tried to talk to worker about my sisters order was completely ignored so disappointed was looking forward to breakfast
Very unfortunate. I ordered delivery through skip the dishes, the order was placed at 12:30AM, it was then accepted at 12:47 AM and it wasn’t ready until 1:55AM. I know it was late so I didn’t have high expectations BUT why put 24 hours if the food and service will be terrible after 12am. I also paid 50$ and the food cold like it had just been sitting in a fridge, and the big mac looked like someone took it to the ring.
