UPDATE: 7/14/25 another day of being pulled forward for 40 minutes with NO ONE even in the drive thru. This place is an ongoing JOKE. This location has gone down hill for months. Today, 7/17/24, I went through the drive through with a mobile order, there was not ONE customer in the drive thru (in front or behind me). Like usual, they have the automated voice ask about rewards then silence for minutes till your cough loudly or ask if they are there. Five tables being used and not one other table of their roughly 30 tables were clean. We had to move trash and wipe down our own table. Seven giant yellow cones blocking every walking space. The floors were filthy, so certainly not wet. Everything was filthy. Four employees smoking at the entrance door so you had to walk by them. They were constantly going in and out with no handwashing. The worst McDonald's in 4 freaking counties! Swear to god! This establishment needs to be revamped! And I know I'm not the only local person who thinks that! Sweet jesus......I sat in the drive though for 45 minutes.....for one Double Quarter Pounder with extra cheese (yes....I know those are allegedly cooked fresh and will take a few minutes longer...) and 4 Ranch Chicken Snack Wraps! If you're going to call your company "a fast food" place....then at least make it freakin' reasonably fast! Good god! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Don't go on a holiday.. but even when it's packed the drive threw isn't bad compared to other McDonald's.
