I ordered chicken nuggets through the app for curbside pickup and had an employee bring my order to my car. When I checked my bag, there was no BBQ sauce, so I tried to ask the employee for some. Unfortunately, he was too busy talking on his phone to listen to me and simply walked away. It was disappointing to receive such inattentive customer service over such a simple request.
Totally wrong order
I like the new app but I could more user friendly. When I asked for help no one there knew what to do. I ended up getting help from a kid in the parking lot, and he spoke English too.
Just stopped going to this location, service is horrible. Staff are always rude, food taste like it has been sitting all day. Never any ice in the drinks. Have never been inside but heard is is disgusting, no thanks.
