I hesitate to give one star reviews, but after visiting this location numerous times I felt compelled to do so. Please give Sugarcreek something better, and make it a pleasant experience for us. If you need ideas, maybe Dover McDonald’s could help with that. For some reason the drive thru line is long there but empty here. I think Ray Kroc would have something to say here too.
Our breakfast was good and the service was attentive but not the friendliest. The place was clean but the restrooms needed repairs.
Our entire order was messed up. I mentioned their error while ordering and they assured me they fixed it so I went to the next window and paid. They gave me 2 of my 3 drinks at the next window and pulled me up. I walked in and explained that we were missing a drink and they replaced it. They eventually brought our food out and we drove off and realized that 2 of our meals had medium fries instead of large (not a huge deal) but my daughter's Big Mac meal was missing 1 patty and cheese.
