Asked for a quarter pounder with extra seasoning, which I've done many times before, the girl said this wasn't possible but she could put extra salt and pepper in the bag. Whatever I get that's not a normal request. I also asked for only ketchup and pickles on my burger, I got everything that usually comes on it but about 3× the normal amount of ketchup. Not to even mention how long it took for me to even order this because even though I was shouting into the ordering screen in drive thru she just kept saying what.
I couldn’t give zero stars so one star it is. This place is an absolute joke I’ve ordered several times for delivery and about 20 times now I’ve gotten my order missing items this is ridiculous. How hard is it to put a McFlurry in a bag when it’s right infront of your eyes. Then to top it all off I order my favourite a Big Mac meal and guess what I got my meal but no Big Mac. On my birthday of all days. How do you miss the main course. Please for love of god figure out how to pack an order From: concerned customer.
Our order was done via the drive through. I ordered a egg BLT on a bagel. It took 10 minutes to make it (their “excuse” was “the first one burnt). It’s never taken me 10 minutes to make a bagel….after the first one burnt. Because of the delay, my wife’s order was not hot at all, making it less than appealing to eat. Then to top it off, there was NO EGG in my “Egg BLT”!!!! The quality control today was less than their typical standard. Next time we go out, I may hesitate to visit here again.
