The food is alright, but the place is very dirty!!
I don’t know why we keep stopping here or how they’ve been around for so long. It’s consistently slow and at least once an order something is wrong. Today took the cake. My husband is a celiac and we ordered the grilled chicken poutine, and what we got was the breaded one, rendering the poutine useless to everyone because of spice and cross contamination. Places like this are meant for quick accurate service for people on the go, and to continue on a travel route only to be disappointed by what’s in the bag is disheartening.
Every time I go to this location, I have to update my review. It's always hit-and-miss and this time was definitely a miss. They had to ask me what I got coming to the window, because they'd already deleted everything to make themselves look better, and were not nice about it. They were very rude asking me what I got, and then pushed me away as if I was absolutely useless to them.
