This is the worst McDonald's the old lady in the drive thru is always so rude, something is always wrong with there system. And they never open on time . It's crazy I can't get good service in my own neighborhood. Everything i come iys a problem.
I just recently moved to Matteson & this is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to ever! You will be in this drive thru forever, order always wrong as well. No thanks.
My kids ordered something on McDonald’s and my kids did 2 transaction I gusss the check out machine when time out the machine stole my money we talk to the team member about it he say it didn’t I have a bank account it say McDonald’s on matteson take 10 dollars off we show him the proof it sad my kids last dollar the team member didn’t care and he was unprofessional… so now McDonald’s stole my money they didn’t say I would replace it when a order… I would not come back to this McDonald’s
