I ordered Shaker fries with my meal, not realizing they were a separate item. When I got to the register, I noticed I was being charged for two fries instead of one, so I asked the cashier if the charges were correct. I only wanted one fry. She adjusted the order based on what she understood. Since I had never heard of this item before, I assumed I had ordered it incorrectly and just wanted to fix it. Terrible customer service and food. I will never return with my kiddos. Highly disappointed with the level of service I received today. 0 stars
Went through drive thru, told us to park after paying, ordered a drink with our food, came to give us our order with no drink and mumbled when they walked away. waited for a few minutes expecting them to bring us our drink but instead had to go inside to get it ourselves. what was the point of going through drive thru if we still had to go inside? train your employees with better attitude please and thank you.
