Well, call this one self inflicted, since I should k ow bwtter, but in a hurry, stopped and got 2 bug macs, specifically with 'light mac sauce' since they normally ha e a gallon on them. Recepr and lady at window confirmed that the order was clear. Got thwm and first one wasnt light amount at all...more normal (or swimming in it). Decided to grab a quick bite and received cold food. Fries were cold, the bottom bun of the mcchicken hard, no type of suace (ranch) on snack wraps, forgot my drink , and horrible customer service. DO BETTER.
