I was told that a regular menu item on the shareables , menu was only available on the app. I don't use the McDonald's app. So I know that's not true and I just ordered the same thing two weeks ago from the exact same mcdonald's. Attendant Tried to upsell me on a larger menu item I did not want. I ordered on the app and chose curbside pickup. Took 14 mins to get the food (drive-thru was mostly empty). When she finally brought my order out, the lid wasn't on the coke and spilt down my arm. When I started eating it was barely lukewarm like it was sitting there for a while. Will not go back to this location.

The app wasn't working, so after wasting 15 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru line, I was told by the manager that I had to come inside and reorder at the counter. I then had to wait at the empty counter for the manager to eventually come over. My food was not expedited and the manager was pretty unpleasant. What is strange is that, with a steady amount of customers, the freeze tasted like they were sitting for a half hour and the nuggets weren't much better.
