I asked for sugar free vanilla iced coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla, 6 pumps is far too sweet in flavor. They hand me the coffee and it is white. I ask if it has 3 pumps, as “special request” was specified on the screen, and the employee replies, “it’s sugar free.” Yes, I am aware of that, thanks. Doesn’t mean I want all 6 pumps of vanilla. I ask again if there was 3 pumps and the employee replies, unconvincingly, yes. It definitely had 6. Didn’t taste like coffee at all. Only vanilla. She straight lied.
I got a mocha frappe just now and I always add espresso and extra chocolate drizzle. It was very soupy. Some employees do not know how to make it adding the espresso. It should not be so runny, it's a frozen beverage. McDonald's please train all your staff on how to make these.
Line literally didn’t move. Ordered and was stuck in the same position for 8 minutes. Food was decent. Just ridiculously long wait times.
Food is on par with most McDonald locations. This place is designated as a McCafe which idk how it really matters or is different from other places. No play place for children. Location is clean - it’s nice and convenient. Plenty of parking available and there is free self-serve soda refill (for now)
