The caramel iced coffee used to be delicious I used to get this all the time but every time I get it now it tastes like French vanilla coffee or just some coffee without caramel I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times but I always get the same wrong coffee I went to get a caramel coffee with my app points I asked the person on the speaker if they had caramel coffee they said yes and I still got French vanilla.
