Went through the drive thru and when I got to the window, was told they had given my food to the car in front of me. I was then asked to pull up and wait. And I did, for 20 minutes before I finally parked and went in. After waiting to get someone's attention behind the counter to ask about my food, they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I came by on Sunday afternoon to get an ice cream cone I had acquired by using the app. It was around 3:30pm. The doors to the lobby were locked but they were doing drive through and pick up orders. I was walking so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. I placed a pick up order on my phone. I was waiting and a manager walked out to hand a car that had pulled past the drive thru their ice creams.
