I have the same complaints as many of these other people have about this place. Between the quality of the food being a coin flip and the customer service. Its almost unbearable to go here, especially the drive through. There can be no one in line and you might wait three minutes, or so before someone actually speaks to you. Never stop here! Driving home from the beach, keep going, even if you are feeling a little hungry. Go all the way to Raleigh. Never stop in Tarboro or Rocky Mount. If you live in these towns, hang in there.
Third window added for delayed pickup if order isn't ready when one gets to pickup window. Waited about ten minutes for a big breakfast and sandwich.
Had to wait 20 minutes for a McDouble when I used to work at a McDonalds location it takes 2mins to cook your burgers on top of the bigger orders coming out before mine stood and watched burgers get put into other bags except mine now I don’t get to eat my lunch bc it’s took so long for a burger that was already made bc when I finally asked about my food is when my burger was magically ready
