I never saw a manager. The staff was to worried about the drive-thur, and not focused on the front counter. There was a 10 minute wait due to the staff pushing out the drive-thur. I will not return until management makes changes. And would not recommend any of family or friends to visit. Order was correct however drive thru girl was rude 🤷♂️ for whatever reason nowadays.
So I went through the drive-through to order a big Mac meal to fish sandwiches a coat when I got to the window they have my order all wrong and because of that they told me I need to go back around, so I called the store. Someone identified themselves as the manager. I have the call recorded and they hung up the phone instead of trying to resolve the issue. This McDonald’s has always sucked. I gave it another chance after not being after not going there for like a year and it still sucks
