This is the second time I have gone to the drive thru in the last 3 weeks and the second time my order was wrong and the drink machines not working. The first time I was given a completely different bag than I should have received. The second time I was missing several items. I went inside to get the food I paid for and she stated, “This happens all the time.” If incorrect orders happen all the time then I believe that should be a priority to correct it. Seems to be a poorly managed McDonalds.

Hotcakes were room temp and they didnt have any iced coffee at 10 am. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a big Mac and half of the ingredients aren’t even on the burger no sauce or anything I also got two plain cheeseburgers with ketchup and they had onions on them we also ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and they didn’t give them to me after they had said at the window are you the one with the nuggets the only thing they got right was our drinks and the lady taking our order was very rude
