McChicken is good affordable sandwich. Hope they keep drink bar. Have visited some that didn't have a drink bar where you had to go back to the counter for refills and those people were not attentive and acted like they didn't want to be bothered refilling our cup. Was given the wrong food. They didnt tell me they changed my sons sandwhich from a mcchicken to a mccrispy. I had even asked for it to be plain and they didnt even do that. The meals i asked for were the wrong ones. I asked for the ones advertised on the billboard and they gave me the completely wrong ones. Very displeased.
I’m not quite sure what has happened at this location but at least the morning shift always seemed to be courteous and decent customer service. However that has completely changed I have never received such horrible service that I have received at this location in the last week. Night shift is AWFUL. Workers rude, food is always old and nasty, they don’t put your sauces in your bag, when you tell them you’re going to report them to the gm the manager claims he’s the gm.. trash. It’s sad paying money for food that’s not even edible.
