I ordered on the app since i needed to get my daughter to camp at a certain time and needed it to be ready. when i arrived there was a line of cars not moving. Eventually the bread man informed us that they weren’t open. Daughter had to skip breakfast as we had gotten stuck in a line of people and couldn’t exit the property to go else where in time.
Doesn’t matter how you order your food. In person inside, through the drive through, or through the mobile app. They are going to mess up your order some how some way. When you bring up the mistake to the staff they give you nothing but attitude. McDonalds was supposed to be our saving grace from the horrendous service from Burger King. In less than a year they’ve surpassed their subpar standards. Hopefully whataburger gets built soon and shuts this dreadful place down.
I have been a customer here for over 20 years and I have NEVER been treated like this before. Not sure who y'all have up there today but they need touch back on basic training in customer service. I placed an order thru door dash and they gave my order to the wrong person TWICE. I finally called up there and some little girl hung up on me and then forwarded my calls after that.
