We went threw the drive thru.
Ordered two cheeseburger meal plain. Got home no cheese. Tried to called twice to let me them know but no one calls. Well they did it again the app was not working I ordered through doordash. I ordered the adult happy meals so we could get the toys. Our food came 2 out of 3 burgers were wrong. Door dash would not help with toys at all only food. I called mcdonalds asked if I could stop by later with receipt to get the adult toys and they said no just call door dash. I already pay higher price for incorrect meals but I can't ... read more
Check your stuff before leaving...As twice was shorted food, straws, napkins and condiments
Extremely disappointing experience time and time again. The drive-thru wait consistently ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, even during non-peak hours. The service is poor, and what’s most frustrating is that there appears to be plenty of staff inside — yet many of them are just standing around, chatting or doing very little, while customers are stuck waiting endlessly.
