Yesterday went and get an ice coffee and they put me on wait for just a coffee with maybe like 15 minute waiting, I was not too happy with the service.
They were severely overworked and got our order numbers wrong so they had to remake our food. What they remade was super delicious tho and the manager apologized for the inconvenience. All in all was worth the wait
I mean I like McDonald's I wish they would upgrade is there chicken nuggets with some flavor like lemon pepper something like that and they should make their McGriddles instead of a sandwich they should make those into a desert
HIRE BETTER STAFF!!!!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK MORNING SHIFT DON'T!!! WOW I am absolutely upset with the service I received. Took almost 5 minutes at the menu board to take a simple 2 SECOND order. Got to the window and man was nice BUT didn't greet me or say thank you. Got to the window to receive my food and the other man was so rude just handing the food without speaking or even smiling!!!!
