I paid for a fifa cup when the world was going on and the manager on nights in baseline decided to call the cops on me instead of refunding me my money she literally stole 20 dollars from my account

I keep giving this location chances and it keeps letting me down. Multiple times I've placed a mobile/curbside order and waited 20–30 minutes in the lot with no one bringing it out. Once I called and got no answer, so I had to take my kids out of the car and go inside for an order I'd already placed then waited another 20 minutes. Most recently my food finally came out cold, and only after I called the store. Slow service, unanswered phone, cold food, order issues every visit. For me to order a large frappe and it not even come how it’s supposed to is crazy why isn’t it filled to the top why try to put more whipped cream as if it makes up for the all that space. One thing I hate when eating out is that the workers do not take the time to properly make the meals. I understand morning time is very busy but certain things need to be addressed.

Thank you so much for redoing my cheeseburger. I forgot to ask for the patties on the side for my dog i went up to the front and asked and they remade it for me and the manager made sure to not put onions and salt. That's so nice for her Thank you 😊
