This place is pretty much always busy, I feel bad for the workers honestly, they are always understaffed. But also... Some of the employees are not friendly at all and will do or say pretty much anything to get you out of the drive thru, even when they mess up your order. I used to come here to buy cookies sometimes, and I usually only got maybe 5-10 cookies, but they usually end up overcharging me "on accident" and then give me like 7 extra cookies to compensate for the mess-up. Always sucks
I went through the drive thru today. I ordered a caramel sunday and they started to hand me an ice coffee drink and I told them I did not order that. The lady with dreadlocks told me "yes you ordered a caramel frappe. I said I have never in my life ordered on of those so I don't know why I would start today. She ask me if I want a sunday I said yes and I want my change back because I paid for a large frappe. She said you did not order a frappe and by this time I was about to have a stroke I was so mad. I placed a mobile order for my wife and daughter. They said they didn't have it despite my confirmation on the app and my email. We left with no food and a payment to McDonald's. I called to ask the manager why she didn't take care of her guests. It took 4 phone calls. I called the customer care line, to request a refund and a call back from the management. Wish me luck.
The food and my frappe came out wrong when asked to have it fixed I was met with attitude, the tables all had spilt drinks and nasty food the tables and floor where sticky, I used to love this McDonald’s and now it’s just turning into a horrible experience every time
