The auburn haired girl (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was just trying to grab my kids some food before practice. I asked her if there was bbq sauce and ranch in the bag and she walked away and said ya. I went inside to grab more and her manager acted like I had done something wrong. Obviously no consequences around there for bad customer service. No wonder the girl acted like she could act however she wants. Go to the other McDonald’s in neosho. We won’t be back here
Fries and nuggets were undercooked. Burger had onions after requesting no onions. Wrong sauce given. All after the order was repeated back to us right.
