I use my My rewards app all the time and scanned it as normal for a $6 meal but for some reason it did not take even though on the app it showed that it was accepted. Shelby came up to try to fix it but the only solution she offered was a refund. I asked if she could just rering up the order with the code but she stated that it was an app issue and could do nothing. I can honestly I have never been disappointed with my large fry and sweet tea/Dr. Pepper no ice order, lol. And staff is always very kind.
