Food was cold as if it had been settling on a shelf.
They were out of orange juice and somehow that made us have to wait longer for our order. We watched people receive orders in the drive thru as well as in the lobby (that was placed after ours) while we waited. The end result was an overcooked biscuit that was so bad that I threw it away
For a long time now, this store has exceeded expectations. The store is always clean, food is always hot, fresh and delicious, and more importantly, staff are always friendly. This crew are on the ball, kudos to them and management.
Clean at times friendly but SLOW SLOW SLOW if you are thinking this will be fast food your mistaken that is if they even acknowledge you standing at the counter!!
