Workers are awful and food is below average. Got big breakfast with hotcakes and hotcakes meal and not NO SYRUP and NO PLASTICWARE to eat it with. By the time we got back to the room and realized, it was too late to go back. The food would have been very cold and, no thanks. The issues started when we got there. They couldn’t even find out mobile pick up order. Just poor quality workers, no customer service skills, and clearly poor work skills as well. Maybe it’s just poor management.
