Wanted no salt on the fries
Clean bathroom and dinning area. Coffee good
After 30 minutes and first meal cold, the manager Nicholas could care less about customer service. Rude, ignored us like we were going away with cold food!
terrible service i waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks and one was a water. manager took my order because despite the fact there were many workers no one was doing their job. saw a guy drop empty cups on the ground and still brought them into the kitchen. charged 8$ for two large lattes and got mediums. Not worth it.
Our cashier was super friendly and accommodating to the kids. I didn't catch her name but she was great! Thanks!
