The person who answered me did not treat me very well and I asked him a question to which he did not give importance. Besides, they forgot to give me my frappe and I realized it when I was on my way home
Their drive thru is extremely slow. I was on the line for 25 minutes while the other line was moving. 4 cars passed on front of me. I was late to pick up my son. I explained Fred (the Manager) my situation and see if as a courtesy, he could cover my sunday or fries. He told me "its not our fault. Its the customer fault" very unproffeaional, no empathy. I ve been at this mcdonalds multiple times. Their employees are not proffrsional at all. They all have attitude. No going there anymore.
