I’ve really noticed a big improvement at McDonald’s lately! Even during busy hours, the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. It’s clear they’re working hard to create a better experience for everyone. The service feels more organized, orders come out quicker, and the team always greets you with a smile. Plus, the store is noticeably cleaner than it used to be—everything from the floors to the drink station is well-kept. It’s great to see them stepping up, and it definitely makes me want to come back more often
My food was clearly rushed and still took so long to cook, I ordered ranch for my kids chicken nuggets and never got it. We tried to ask a worker but hey told us to just leave, please fix that issue of customer service and give us all of our food
Homeless person stole my soda and stole one of my shoes. They also started crawling on all fours and barking at people
We sat at the drive thru for 5 min while the other lane kept moving. Same thing happened last time I went there. FIX YOUR LANE SENSORS
Didn't get anything. Went inside, Waited at the counter for an employee to help me... no one came. Left without any thing. They seemed only interested in the drive through.
