Very disappointing
Came in with a group of 30+ people at around 10 p.m. all of us ordered on separate tickets and one of the employees Tina, acted as if we were the turd that clogged our toilet, handed drinks out with sass and as if we were asking her to make a gourmet meal.
I’ve really noticed a big improvement at McDonald’s lately! Even during busy hours, the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. It’s clear they’re working hard to create a better experience for everyone. The service feels more organized, orders come out quicker, and the team always greets you with a smile. Plus, the store is noticeably cleaner than it used to be—everything from the floors to the drink station is well-kept. It’s great to see them stepping up, and it definitely makes me want to come back more often
My food was clearly rushed and still took so long to cook, I ordered ranch for my kids chicken nuggets and never got it. We tried to ask a worker but hey told us to just leave, please fix that issue of customer service and give us all of our food
