They're too slow. I order on the app 20 minutes in advance so I can go pick it up on my break and multiple times it's not ready. No one comes to helps anyone at the front you have to wait 5 minutes or call them over when they accidentally look at you. Multiple times I'm either late coming back to work or have to cancel my order because they have terrible service. If you have another McDonald's near you try that one because this one is consistently slow.
