Sat at the drive thru a solid 8 mins before being acknowledged. Kids hating their jobs and being rude. Maybe just find another job if you're so miserable. Food was nasty.
They messed up the last 4 times I've been here and ordering at counter took 20 min for a big Mac and a coffee. Only reason I got my order was after asking them where my order was after waiting 20 minutes. Never order at the counter here, theyve forgot to put out my order everytime I order at the counter.
I was running late for work and didn't have time to make my breakfast. Stopped by here since drive-thru is 24hrs. Arrived at 4:15 am. Sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response. Drove to first window abd saw an employee inside. Tapped my horn to get his attention. When he opened the window i asked if they were open. He said with an attitude NO , we close at 3am until 4am in order to switch dinner to breakfast and slammed the window shut and walked away . Every time I come to this McDonalds and ask for no pickles on my burger, I get pickles on my burger. Every time.
Waited over 20 minutes to learn that I was missing items, and items were made wrong, this isn’t a new occurrence, this has happened several times at this location, it’s so annoying that quality control is so poor that there is issues almost every time I go.
