We ordered dinner, including a cookie for my wife. Apparently, the person working the drive-thru didn’t add it to the order and we didn’t notice. I rarely ask for a receipt and didn’t this time. When we got our order, no cookie. I asked for our cookie and was told we didn’t order one. I told them I had and they asked for a receipt.
