Was in drive through for 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect, I brought my sandwich in with receipt to get a new one and waited 30 minutes for one single sandwich. When I asked when it would be ready they replied with “just one more second” and ten minutes would go by. When I called manager her excuse was “well we are short staffed, I can give you a coupon”.
Hire some people. Gave up after waiting for 20 minutes.
Really petty Mcdonalds. I'm assuming they shut their power outlets off because I was charging there and they caught on that I was homeless. So what, I came in, paid for a coffee, was respectful of my surroundings, and was typically there no longer than an hour to charge my phone. Your loss I guess, I won't be buying coffee there anymore
Very poor service. Not friendly. Long wait for service. Long wait to get food. Order not complete, have to ask for straw to go with drinks. Will not return to this location.
Mary, an older lady, needs a raise for how busy and lively she keeps the place! Management was nice and understanding, and the staff was very kind and responsive.
