Waited for 20 minutes for my order to be told that since I did not have the phone that placed the order, they could not make my order. When I mentioned I picked up food from this location last week, one of the employees laughed at me and said "it clearly wasnt this location" and the manager Jasmine did not want to help rectify the situation, doubling down that my order would not be made unless the phone that placed the order was with me.
