There is never anybody at the cash register so I had to order my food at the kiosk once I ordered my food never received a receipt took over 45 minutes to receive my meal was missing the big Mac and it was hard to flag down a staff member as they were constantly going from the kitchen to outside to the kitchen to outside Ignoring other customers in the lobby area also ran out of certain beverages and when offered a replacement drink it took them another 15 minutes to replace that item only after I asked the employee about it... read more
Absolutely awful I sat in the drive thru for almost a hour maybe 5 cars ahead of me. 10 minutes plus each window. Food is always wrong and cold here. The staff is as rude and rachet as they come. They have more time to talk about their weekend then they do to do their job. I now remember why i go out of my way to go to any other McDonald's than this one. I had a single hamburger and 20 piece nugget no frys just that a hour wait
Hands down the worst fast food place ever, on multiple occasions they have made me wait in one spot for over 40 minutes because they just take hour breaks whenever they want and just ignore everyone. Management needs to be fired
