Breakfast service tends to be slow, otherwise a decent location
I’m confused if the dinning room opens at 5 why is it 6:10am and the doors still locked
We first drove up to the drive through and no one acknowledged us or responded to our hello’s. Went inside and told the lady I did not think the drive through intercom worked & they lady did not respond. I asked for water and they said they did not have any. If they were at least pleasant I would have given a higher review.
I came here last night to pick up my mobile order and when I came to the speaker , I was asked if I was using my app and when i answered, no one said anything so I sat there for 20 minutes & still no one came. I went to the 2nd window and whoever the manager was, she asked what I had and I had to wait even longer for someone to give me my food. The fries were overcooked and hard , I was very unsatisfied. I never had to wait that long for a mobile order . I would like a refund.
Why?\n Waste your time going to a place to get something they'd never have ice cream machine. Always down every time I go there and I don't want to be down, let often every time I go there, the machine's down so I don't waste my time anymore, don't waste yours. How can a company that make so much money can't keep an ice cream machine. Working.
