Ordered online. Get to the window, they tell us to pull up to the last window to wait for our food. 3 people behind us ended up getting their food before us, we backed up to the window to pick up food there instead, worker tells us that the manager is at the next window with the food so we pull up to that window, the manager claims she had to wait for the fries to come out for fresh fries, the fries weren’t hot at all, the complete opposite, cold, the manager drops happy meal on the ground and says I’m sorry and then hands r... read more
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Took 15 mins for 3 coffees. Couldn’t tell us which was which and the manager on duty was so rude.
Dont come here thats the best thing you could do honestly. They always mess up food, dont know how to give promotion items accordingly, act like its your fault they messed your order up, habe snotty attitudes at all times, they cant figure out how to properly start people that habe gone through the hiring process and again trest them like its there fault. Do yourself a favor and stay away, youll be grateful you did
We order a medium chicken nugget meal woth a Sweet tea. Large frie and sweet tea got told to pull into a parking spot and have been sitting and waiting for around 10 minutes
