Ordered on the McD app BEFORE breakfast cut off. Upon arrival to the restaurant, I gave my mobile code and was told all I could get was the coffee I ordered because it was after breakfast hours, it was 10:36 AM when I finally made it to the speaker and again, I ordered 10 minutes ahead. Not happy, they debited the entire amount of money and have yet to issue a refund, why would the app even accept the order and issue a code if this is not allowed?! Do better, McDonalds!

So order online got home they forgot one sandwich . What an inconvenience i had to go back and get new sandwich . Press for time because I have to go to work . So I go thru drive thru again explain to first window cashier the situation .She was RUDE and definitely UNHELPFUL . She refused to give me her name so I could report her . The food taste well no issues on that end but if they mess up folks at McDonalds will have the nerve to get attitude with you tho they screwed up in the first place 😂🤦🏻♀️
