Last time we went here the food was hot and really good
Corporate office refuses refund, stating it was the store's perogative. Store management has refused, stating it wasn't their fault it took 27 mi utes to find my order. Ordered a large fry and a soda, for curbside. I waited 27 minutes. I could not wait any longer. I had to leave. I called to cancell my order and request the order be refunded. The manager who answered took nearly as long to find my order and tell me he couldn't do anything to help, then I assume he laid the phone down, because he refused to speak after that. ... read more
