Lady was texting rather than serving the clients! Well, yeah: one star!
Terrible staff. Frequently get my orders wrong. Worst times were when I ordered a cooked tote and despite ordering a good amount time prior I was still instructed to wait at the side. Wasn’t too much an issue because I expected it but after more than 30 mins passed and I had to go inside just to ask for it. When I got it they were cold so the cookies were ready the whole time they just had no one who cared enough to go outside.
