Hands down, the worst McDonald’s we have ever been too. The moment you walked into the restaurant, you get hit with a pungent smell of feces. Lingering. We had our children in the play area. This place has NOT been clean in days if not longer. I used MULTIPLE cleaning wipes to clean down the tables and benches. The food was cold (and yes, we picked it up right as the number was called), the fries should have been sent straight to the garbage. We never received our milk. My soda was half empty and when I asked them to fill it they just dumped ice from someone else's cup onto my cup. I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed at me. No professionalism here at all. The fries were soggy and the bun on my burger was stale.
Went in happy left not so happy, order my food and red flag number 1 the kiosk didnt print out our receipt paper to pay, 2nd red flag was the guy who seemed a little to stoned to care. Waited 40 minutes to receive our food and an additional 10 minutes to get my drink that they didnt recall even though I had the receipt so I asked for a refund even then did the stoned guy decide to give me a refund and alert someone. Service was excellent even though they stay busy they are so good very nice & Perfessioal clean I really like service there
