Love ordering ahead on app and pick up in store. Usually. I still had to wait 8 minutes after getting there at this location though.
Stopped in an ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit a large French vanilla ice coffee with a splash of caramel. Got to pick up window got my food not my coffee was ask to pull to number 2. I waited 10 minutes employee comes out with a frappe that was ordered two vehicles back wasn’t mine waited got out went in to get my coffee as I’m leaving the young lady looks at her boss and straight up says it’s not my fault. Well if it’s not your fault then who’s is it cause I don’t ever have to stop there again to pay your check
Right off 27th Street with easy in & out access
When ordering in the drive thru I requested to have BBQ sauce added at the first window when paying. The young lady told me not to worry about paying for it to tell them at the second window id like BBQ sauce. Get to the second window and tell them id like 4-6 BBQ sauce. I'm then told rudely I need to pay for them. I can have 1-2 free. I pay for all 6 of them so my card has to be run 2x.
