Who ever works mornings at open needs to learn customer service skills no.need to have an attitude and when the time says open at 5am thats 5am not 530 or 545 when they feel like opening been here multiple times and have had the same issue
Waited for well over 30 minutes for our food! Group of teenagers in there being obnoxious. kiosks wasn’t printing tickets. Girl that had McDonald uniform on was sitting in the eating area vaping with teenage boys. We Had to prove we paid because they kept telling us they didn’t have our order. Teenage boys that came in after us got their orders first. Girl behind counter forgot 4 of our items and was really distracted flirting with other teenagers that were there! Didn’t get our sauce…we paid extra for!
Buyers Beware if you do delivery. They only fill the drinks half way and charge more than full price.
You're better off going to coal City McDonald's. At least they don't forget your food every single time you order.
First a floating object in my drink , then none of my burgers had the correct condiments. Every time I say extra Onions they put NONE.
