Got a stale, disgusting burger. Manager wouldn't exchange it.
Maria, the evening manager, was extremely rude when I raised a concern about my food—she told me to “go to hell” in front of staff and even threatened to call the police. All I did was ask for her supervisor’s name. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a pattern during evening hours. On the bright side, the daytime manager is fantastic—polite, professional, and a credit to the team
