Food is always cold. Staff is extremely incompetent. Waited 13 minutes for an orange juice while being pulled forward to wait on it.
Ordered a 6pc nuggets meal for my son through the app for delivery and this is what he got. I just don’t know where to begin on how you can mess something like this up and I called the store just to be told I will just get credited for his meal
I honestly don’t know how you can manage a McDonalds this poorly, went through the drive thru and only got a happy meal, waited 10 minutes while an employee repeatedly opened the window, complained to us, yelled to her coworkers while leaning out of said window. They then told us to wait in the mobile order parking spot. We waited around 3 more minutes before we finally got our food, my burger didn’t even have cheese on it and the fries were soggy and undersalted.
