slow edit: order was also incorrect
The only reason for two stars is the gentleman who was clearly on lunch break came to help out multiple guests including myself. He seems to be the only employee who actually cares about his job. The service was terrible. Very dirty kitchen. They made my shake wrong which is no big deal. I normally don’t complain but as I was watching them make it wrong, the lady said just give it to him“me” to the gentleman who realized he made it wrong. She said if he complains we will remake it. DEI cesspit of long waits, cold fries and terrible service
Waited 10 minutes and drive-through just for my child’s happy meal to have ice cold fries and my fries of the ice cold and the food. I’ve been sitting in the window for 10 minutes, but her to just be too dumb to hand it.
Took over 30 minutes just to make 1 small cheeseburger. If you're gonna order something here, do yourself a favor and order it at least 30 minutes in advance. Very poor service.
