Waited 30 mins after saying they were working on my friends shake to say that they didn’t make milkshakes
The Burrell family really isn't trying very hard with keeping the guests happy at this location. Just sitting inside for 10 minutes and watching 3-4 guests go up to the counter and have to YELL to get anyone to come help you. Food orders are seldom correct and mostly cold. With all the anticipation for this place originally, it definitely isn't living up to the hype.
Waited in reserved drive thru for 10 minutes then they came out and asked what I ordered - waited another 10 minutes and order was wrong. While waiting, sketchy guy walked up to my car asking for money. Smh. Horrible
