Went for a coffee. Caramel Macchiato, with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. After ordering at the kiosk, I paid at the counter and when it was my time to have my order made, they proceeded to tell me the espresso machine was down. That sucks, but the worst part is when they gave me a refund, the lady didn't scan my receipt to give me the refund, she just rang up the coffee. But didn't include the extra whip and choc. drizzle I paid for. So I paid $4.69 and got $4.05 back. I know it don't seem like a lot and it's not. But... read more
Poor customer service . No one that works the drive-thru seems to be happy, not one smile or greeting . Hire people that want to work !!
